The reason humidity, which is a measure of water vapor suspended in the air, is such an important factor in weather and climate is because water contains extra energy at everyday temperatures.
At leat at this point, there is not evidence of an statiscal correlation between Latitude and humidiy.
Lets say that the data do not let us conclude something interesting, only that the minimal humidity could be present in the tropics.
